Pizza Hut and Warner Bros. Pictures have teamed up to provide some exclusive footage, photos, and wallpapers for the upcoming action movie Terminator Salvation, which opens in theaters Thursday, May 21, 2009. Additionally, you can enter a sweepstakes to win instant prizes and some larger prizes, including a life size Terminator T-600 model, custom Terminator Salvation Xbox consoles, Terminator: Salvation video games, Terminator Salvation Action Figures from Playmates Toys®, and other licensed products.

The exclusive footage revolves around a scene at a gas station where John Connor and other resistance fighters are battling a machine and not having much luck until the explosions come out to play. The footage is interspersed with commentary from the crew, including director McG.

According to the press release issued by Pizza Hut, anyone named Sarah Connor or John Connor (government-issued ID required) will get a free pizza, the Salvation special (a free medium one-topping pizza) on opening day of the movie.

The latest installment of the Terminator franchise stars Christian Bale as John Connor, who is emerging as the leader of the human resistance against the machines created by Cyberdyne Systems to eradicate the human race. But the future Connor was raised to believe in is altered in part by the appearance of Marcus Wright (Sam Worthington), a stranger whose last memory is of being on death row. Connor must decide whether Marcus has been sent from the future, or rescued from the past.
