The Cinemark Tinseltown USA - Oak Ridge in Oak Ridge, Tennessee has just been upgraded with Digital Cinema Projection equipment and the ability to show 3D movies, according to an article in the Oak Ridger:
Movie-goers will now be able to see 3D films in clear, crisp quality at Tinseltown Theater.
A new digital projector was installed in one of the auditoriums Monday and Tinseltown patrons got their first chance to watch a 3D movie, "G-Force in Disney Digital 3D" Tuesday.
The new equipment is installed in one of the theater's 14 auditoriums, and includes a Barco DP-2000 2K digital projector as well as RealD 3D technology and a new silver screen to make Woody and Buzz from Toy Story really "pop" on the screen.
