Groundbreaking for the Cinemark Cinema 12 in the Conway Towne Centre on Skyline Drive in Conway, Arkansas is set to happen today, according to an article from Sunday in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette:

The groundbreaking for the Cinemark Cinema 12 in the Conway Towne Centre on Skyline Drive is scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday.

The new theater will feature 12 screens with stadium seating and is expected to open in fall 2010.

"We’re shooting for a November opening," said Derek Alley, one of the landlords of the shopping center.

The new theater is replacing the Cinemark Cinema 6, which closed in February and was demolished to make room for the new theater.
