3D movie fans in Racine County will have to wait a little longer to enjoy movies with an extra dimension at the Marcus Renaissance Cinema in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. The Journal Times is reporting that the 3D conversion in the theater's large UltraScreen is taking longer than originally expected:
Marcus Theaters, which operates the cinemas at 10411 Washington Ave., had expected the digital three-dimensional technology to be in place on the 70-foot-wide UltraScreen for today's release of "Shrek Forever After." The conversion isn't complete yet but should be within the next month, said Carlo Petrick, communications manager for Marcus Theatres.
