I find it hard to believe that Variety would be pulled into a publicity stunt, so we'll take the report at its face value. Given that I've seen reports of parents taking their 6-year-olds to the midnight show of Eclipse, I could see how a kindergartener might be scared by the trailer, but then the obvious questions arise about why a 6-year-old is going to a movie clearly targeted at teens -- and at midnight as well!
