Los Angeles, CA: LA Premiere of "Inception" at Chinese Theatre Tonight

Posted on Tuesday, July 13th, 2010 12:03 PM by Scott Jentsch

Warner Bros. Pictures has announced that the Los Angeles premiere of Christopher Nolan's actioner Inception will take place tonight, July 13, 2010, at Mann Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, California.

Attending the event from the movie are Leonardo DiCaprio, Ken Watanabe, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Ellen Page, Tom Hardy, Cillian Murphy, Dileep Rao, Tom Berenger, Lukas Haas, Director Christopher Nolan and others.

Celebrities will begin arriving at 6pm and the screening starts at 7pm.

The movie is being directed by The Dark Knight director Christopher Nolan, and stars Leonardo DiCaprio as Dom Cobb, a skilled thief, the best in the dangerous art of extraction: stealing valuable secrets from deep within the subconscious during the dream state when the mind is at its most vulnerable. Cobb's rare ability has made him a coveted player in this treacherous new world of corporate espionage, but it has also made him an international fugitive and cost him everything he has ever loved.

Now Cobb is being offered a chance at redemption. One last job could give him his life back but only if he can accomplish the impossible--inception. Instead of the perfect heist, Cobb and his team of specialists have to pull off the reverse; their task is not to steal an idea but to plant one. If they succeed, it could be the perfect crime.

But no amount of careful planning or expertise can prepare the team for the dangerous enemy that seems to predict their every move. An enemy that only Cobb could have seen coming.

Inception opens this Friday, July 16, 2010, and showtimes and tickets are now available for opening day, as well as the midnight shows the night before. This movie is getting a lot of positive buzz from those who have seen it, and it's sure to draw a lot of crowds! As such, we highly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance so you aren't left at the box office deciding between Marmaduke and Grown Ups!
