West Orange, NJ: AMC Essex Green Cinema Closes for Renovations Into a "Fork & Screen" Location

The AMC Essex Green Cinema in West Orange, New Jersey closed for renovations after its shows on Sunday, August 8, 2010, according to a press release issued by AMC Entertainment, Inc. It is scheduled to re-open in Winter as one of AMC's "Fork & Screen" concepts, which offers "a casual, in-theatre dining and entertainment experience; Cinema Suites™, a premium, upscale in-theatre dining and entertainment option; and MacGuffins™, a bar and lounge area."

While AMC would like customers to head over to the AMC Loews East Hanover 12 in East Hanover, a quick look at the Nearby Theaters listing shows eight movie theaters within five miles of the Essex Green's location.
