The Wicked Local Chatham is reporting that the Cape Cod Lighthouse Charter School will be purchasing the Regal Cinemas Harwich 6 in East Harwich, Massachusetts and hopes to have the deal done before the end of 2010:

Cape Cod Lighthouse Charter School hopes to close on its purchase of the Regal Harwich Cinemas 6 by the end of this year or in early 2011, school executive director Kathy McNamara told selectmen Monday.

The school plans to remodel the movie house and move from its current location in Orleans.

 “We are completing our due diligence process. Various inspections are nearly done,” said McNamara. The school entered into a purchase-and-sale agreement for the Route 137 location last May.
