The Frank Theatres - Mizner Park Cinema in Boca Raton, Florida closed in January, according to a news article in the Sun Sentinel:
"The theater will be completely renovated and reopened later this year," said Beth Hendrick, marketing manager for Mizner Park. "But, we can't release all the details just yet."
Last week, workmen removed furnishings and supplies from the building's lobby, and new signs directed patrons to Frank Theaters' Deerfield Mall cinema.
Mizner Park filed an eviction lawsuit in March 2010, alleging that Frank Theaters, which operated the theater since 2000, was nearly $90,000 behind on its rent.

Until it re-opens, moviegoers in the area will have to choose from one of the five theaters within five miles of the Mizner Park location.
