The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Blockbuster Inc. will be closing 186 more stores by the end of March, bringing the total number of stores closed, or due to be closed, to 1,145. When the company entered bankruptcy in September 2010, it had 3,425, so this news makes the number of Blockbuster locations reduced by 33% since that time.

This means that you may not have long to visit your local Blockbuster store, but with Redbox units in so many locations and the convenience of Netflix for both discs by mail and streaming, people won't have too much trouble finding something to rent.
