AMC Theatres announced on September 2, 2011 that the AMC Esplanade 14 in Phoenix, Arizona would be adding new dining options for their customers. AMC's Fork & Screen® and Cinema Suites® will be available to the public on Wednesday, September 7, 2011.

“Dinner and a movie are a longstanding tradition, and AMC Dine-In Theatres is the premier spot for the dine-in moviegoing experience,” said Gerry Lopez, chief executive officer and president, AMC. “Since the launch of this concept, we’ve received tremendous feedback from our guests about the enhanced experience and variety of food and beverage options. More than 90 percent of our surveyed guests who attended an AMC Dine-In Theatres location said it met or exceeded their expectations.”

Nine of the auditoriums will feature the Fork & Screen offerings of:

• Casual, in-theatre dining
• Upgraded, comfortable reserved seating
• Table-top dining
• Seat-side service and a personal call button that discreetly alerts a server
• An extensive menu including entrees such as quesadillas, burgers, flatbread pizzas, grilled sandwiches and house specialties as well as appetizers and desserts
• A wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic specialty drinks, beer and wine

Fork & Screen guests must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian

The remaining five auditoriums will have Cinema Suites, which offer a more upscale experience:

• Premium, upscale in-theatre dining
• Reserved seating in luxury recliners
• Up to nine feet of row spacing
• A personal call button that discreetly alerts a server
• The entire Fork & Screen menu, plus Cinema Suites specialties such as Bleu Cheese Chips, Blackened Salmon and Lobster Ravioli served on unique swivel tables via seat-side service
• A wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic specialty drinks, beer and wine

Cinema Suites guests must be at least 21 years old.

Additionally, the MacGuffins® Bar & Lounge will offer guests a full-service bar and lounge area inside the theater complex. A variety of beer, wine, and cocktails will be available, as well as the full Dine-In menu.

Our Showtimes page for the AMC Esplanade 14 indicates which movies are playing in which auditoriums. Just look beneath the showtimes for notes that say "Fork & Screen" and "Cinema Suites."
