The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is reporting that building that houses the Times Cinema is up for sale, but that the cinema will remain in operation: 

Rosebud Cinema Drafthouse owner Jay Hollis has lost the latest round in a nearly yearlong effort to oust the operators of the nearby Times Cinema, and now he says he's selling the Times building to raise money for a new restaurant venture.

Times Cinema operator Eric Levin said the building's sale would have no effect on the single-screen theater, where he says ticket sales have improved since it shifted from classic films to an art-house format earlier this year.

The reality is we don't care who owns the building," said Levin, who with his mother, Sue Levin, operates the theater under SHL Enterprises Ltd. "All we care about is our audience and whether they're responding to the films we're showing."
