The Regal Port Orange Six in Port Orange, Florida closed at the end of March 2011. The Daytona Beach News-Journal is reporting today that a sign in the window says that the theater is closed, and the last time we received showtimes for the theater was March 25, 2011, which means that March 27th was probably their last day.
The sign on the window of the cashier's box says it all: the Regal Cinema Port Orange Six Theater is closed. The death knell for the six-screen movie theater, which opened in 1985 under the ownership of Eastern Federal Theatres, apparently was Monday. "It was sad to see it happen but we knew it was coming with the opening of the larger theater," said David Luque, manager of the Subway restaurant...

The "larger theater" referred to in the article is most likely the Hollywood Theaters - Pavilion Stadium 14 just a few miles away near I-95 and Dunlawton/Taylor Road. There are five additional theaters located within 15 miles.
