|Home: BigScreen Journal - Want to See John Carter? Check Out Our Featured Critic's Opinion of the Movie and the 3D|
John Carter, the action/adventure movie that the studio is billing as the "first big blockbuster of the year" is opening today in movie theaters across the country. Our Featured Critic has reviewed the movie, and he also has an opinion about whether to see it in 3D or not.
To read his review, head over to the Reviews page for the movie, and you can read for yourself what he thinks of the movie, the acting, the special effects, and whether the 3D is worth paying the upcharge for or not.
Once you decide if you're going to see the movie, and which of the four ways you want to see it (no kidding, look at the list to the right), head over to the Showtimes page and find a showtime at a theater near you! If the studio is right, you will want to buy your tickets in advance, so look for the yellow movie ticket and click on the showtimes links to buy your tickets right here, and save all that precious time you would spend in line by getting the fresh popcorn at the top of the bin.
