MX Movies in St. Louis, Missouri will be opening on January 18, 2013, according to the theater's Facebook page.

The theater provides the following description:

More than just a movie theater, the MX Movies experience includes:

- 3 screens with crystal clear digital projection and cozy luxury seating.
- Go beyond popcorn with high-quality in-theater food service from technology at your seat.
- Cocktail bar with a creative mixologist behind the bar & a local craft beers on tap

The theater is located in the Mercantile Exchange, a shopping, dining, entertainment, arts & culture, commercial, and residential destination located in downtown St. Louis at 7th Street and Washington Avenue. It's less than a mile from the Gateway Arch.
