Screenshot of AMC web site AMC Theatres is offering up discount coupons for concessions and movie tickets in conjunction with the upcoming Academy Awards® ceremony. The discounts vary by day, with the first one being yesterday with an offer of a free ticket when you bought a ticket to Django Unchained, which has received five Oscar nominations. The current offer of a free small fountain drink with a ticket purchase to Argo goes through Wednesday.

The 2013 Academy Awards ceremony will be held on Sunday, February 24, 2013, at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood, California. It will be televised on ABC beginning at 7pm Eastern Time (4pm Pacific Time).
