Paragon Entertainment is taking over the R/C Ocean Walk 10 in Daytona Beach, Florida, according to an article published May 13, 2012 in The Daytona Beach News-Journal:

A new operator takes over The Ocean Walk Shoppes' movie theater here Monday, promising a $2 million renovation that could boost foot traffic and business for the colorful oceanfront complex.The new operator, Deerfield Beach-based Paragon Entertainment Group, will be paying rent -- as opposed to its predecessor -- and has agreed to a 15-year lease to run the 10-screen Ocean Walk theater. That could help attract a buyer for the five-story entertainment/retail/restaurant center, which has struggled in recent years.

Ocean Walk Shoppes, which opened in late 2002, has been in foreclosure since September 2010 and is currently managed by a court-appointed receiver.
