High-Def Digest is reporting that certain Blockbuster Video stores will be stocking high definition discs in the near future. Reports are coming into them and on the AVS Forum that Blockbuster stores are saying they will carrying HD DVD and Blu-ray titles, possibly as early as November 7th.

A check of a local Blockbuster in suburban Milwaukee resulted in a "we're hoping to real soon" answer, which is much better than "what is HD DVD?" 

Even though online rental services from both Blockbuster and Netflix already offer high definition discs, having them available in retail locations is a great way to spread the HD goodness.
