The New Movies page is looking a little sparse this weekend, due to the fact that no new movies have opened today in theaters. All the page has displayed are the two openers from Christmas Day, "Black Christmas" and "Dreamgirls."

Next week is looking a little more interesting with the release of Hilary Swank's "Freedom Writers," the wider release of "Home of the Brave," as well as "Code Name: The Cleaner" and "Happily N'Ever After."

We'll also be announcing a poster giveaway for "Home of the Brave" some time next week. Watch the main page or the Site News RSS feed for that announcement!

Until then, have a happy new year! 2006 was a great one and 2007 should be even better!
