New theater raises citizen concern
An informational meeting is being planned for August 19th by Menomonee Falls officials about the proposed construction of a movie theater complex near the Germantown border. The meeting will be held in the Village Hall (W156-N8480 Pilgrim Rd.), at 6:00pm.
Following the meeting, village trustees are expected to vote on whether the property in question should be rezoned, allowing the construction to be possible.
Last month, public opposition stopped the approval of a development that included a 12-screen theater and a restaurant on Appleton Avenue, just South of Hwy Q.
