When the 2005 holiday season arrives with the traditional big-budget movies, Racine-area residents will be able to see their favorite flicks at a new 16-screen complex at the northwest corner of The Renaissance business park on Highway 20.
The Marcus Corp. last month announced its plan to develop a 21-acre site near the entrance to the business park.
The project already has received preliminary site plan approval from the village's Plan Commission and needs to go before the commission for final review Nov. 11.
The board will review and probably approve the theater on Nov. 15.
