The prominent Milwaukee-based theater chain, which in August 2004 bought 30 acres just east of I-43, still plans to build on the site, said Marcus spokesman Carlo Petrick. "We are still in the planning stages of that theater. We want to make sure that any new theaters we build are going to be theaters that are able to have a long life," Petrick said. "We're just trying to look at all of the available options for movie theater design, taking into consideration new digital cinema technology and that sort of thing."
