"Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End" doesn't open in theaters until Friday, May 25th, but already theaters are starting to post their showtimes and are offering tickets on sale. The "night-before" screenings are getting earlier and earlier, with "Pirates 3" showing in some theaters as early as 8pm on Thursday!

If the huge release of "Spider-Man 3" last weekend showed us anything, it demonstrated that the studios are looking to attract lots of interest those first couple of weekends, due in no small part to the appeal of these movies and the followings their predecessors have created.

If you're making your plans for Memorial Day weekend, don't forget to purchase your movie tickets online so that you aren't stuck seeing Delta Farce instead of Capt. Jack Sparrow and company! Argghh!
