So, you just bought a new widescreen HDTV, and the sales guy at the big box retailer told you that you wouldn't see any black bars like on your old TV when you watched DVD's. And, the first DVD you put in, there they are, the black bars are still there!
Don't worry, there's nothing wrong with your set, but there may be something wrong with the sales guy at Circuit Barn...
