Back on September 5, 2007, I reported a situation where the Blu-ray high definition release of "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl" had an issue where about eight minutes of the movie were framed incorrectly.

The web site Blu-ray.com is reporting that Disney is now offering a replacement disc program. You can call 1-800-723-4763 in the United States, or 1-800-877-2843 in Canada, or the latest reports on the AVS Forum are saying that Disney is asking that people send an E-Mail to disneyinfo@disneyhelp.com with your name, address, UPC # from the disc, and your phone number.

Kudos to Disney for owning up the problem and offering a seemingly painless way to get the faulty disc replaced!
