Anyone with kids, or anyone who knows any kids and has been around them for any length of time, probably recognizes the Veggie Tales characters. The brainchild of Mike Nawrocki and Phil Vischer, these CG-generated characters get themselves into all sorts of situations, usually while singing and imparting a moral to the story.

Today marks the release of The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything: A VeggieTales Movie, which has three hapless busboys with dreams of being in the big Pirate show transported back to the 17th century where they must face their fears and rescue a royal family from an evil tyrant.
