5000 W. National Avenue Ward Memorial Hall Soldiers Home Campus Milwaukee, WI 53295 This theater is marked as inactive in our records. Check the Journal Entries page for more information. Designed by Henry C. Koch and built in 1881. It initially served as a railroad passenger service building. In 1989, it was renovated with balconies, sloped floor, new seats, and an orchestra pit, and was used solely as a theater. In the late 1920s/early 1930s, it was made to be able to show movies. It closed in ???. As of 2020, it was vacant and in need of rehabilitation. aka Ward Theater
