Designed by Henry C. Koch and built in 1881. It initially served as a railroad passenger service building. In 1989, it was renovated with balconies, sloped floor, new seats, and an orchestra pit, and was used solely as a theater. In the late 1920s/early 1930s, it was made to be able to show movies. It closed in ???.

As of 2020, it was vacant and in need of rehabilitation.
