Opened on Nov 22, 1996 as the CinemaStar 10, which closed in 2000. It was the Metropolitan University Village Cinemas from 2001-2009. In 2009, it became the UltraStar University Village 10. It changed to Regency University Village 10 (Regency Theatres) on Dec 16, 2011. Closed in Dec 2021. Reopening in 2022 as the LOOK Dine-In Cinemas - Riverside.

Worst theater ever! Looked like the dollar theater, asked three times about the movie not starting. After 45 minutes not a person from the theater had come to talk to us...only the people complaining. We'd just eaten so we hadn't bought food but when we were still waiting for the movie 45 min after start time I asked for a soda and popcorn.

The manager, James Burnes, rudely snapped he just got there and acted put off I asked for something. He told the attendant to give me a Dixie cup for soda and employee bag of popcorn. I told her not to bother. We need up getting our money back because we didn't have a sitter for the extra hour. Seriously a readout didn't cover the cost of a sitter and we didn't even get to see a movie.

They ruined our night and never said sorry. FYI, it wasn't even a projector issue at first... They forgot to start it.

Would you recommend this theater to others? No
