It later became the Phoenix Theatres West River Centre, until it was sold to Dipson Theatres in 2009 and renamed Dipson West River Centre. The Dipson West River Centre closed in January 2015. It was reopened on May 1, 2015 as The Riviera Cinema, under the management of Cloud Nine Theater Partners LLC. as a joint venture with Dipson Theatres. It became part of Emagine Entertainment in April 2018 and called The Riviera Cinema Powered by Emagine.
