It was then taken over by the non-profit group, Market Arcade Film & Arts Centre, which brought Dipson Theatres in to operate the theater. It closed in June 2014 as the Dipson Market Arcade Film & Arts Centre while being operated by Dipson Theatres. Reopened in August 2018 as the AMC Market Arcade 8 (AMC Entertainment Inc.)
