The theater itself is very nice, but the ticket buying process is terrible. Instead of having a separate line to purchase tickets, you have to purchase your ticket at the concession window. This forces everyone to wait in line while those ahead are buying snacks. I've never been to a theater that does it like this. Luckily, Port Orange is close and I love the Pavilion.

Great renovation! Awesome seating. Totally ridiculous system for purchasing tickets -you must go through the food line in order to purchase tickets! Not going back until they improve their purchasing system. Six of us now go to the Pavillion, waiting for Carmike to wise up!! So sad.

I waited in line 25 minutes to get my tickets because they have the same line for food and tickets. They need a ticket only line. I will never go back. Disgusted ! Port Orange 5 minutes max for ticket even when they are busy. Their objective is to force you to buy their overpriced refreshments. No mas.. Missed first 5 minute of movie

I am so happy to have a theater in NSB once again. Very comfortable seats & the sound is great. No complaints from me. I can foresee a problem this winter when the snowbirds come back though with the ticket & food buying procedure. Popcorn is delicious albeit expensive but movie theater junk food is always expensive so no critisism here. I like the $20 popcorn plan a lot. I will continue to support this local theater & am happy that I don't have to go to The Pavilion anymore to see a movie even though it is about the same distance.

Buying tickets at the concession stand is a horrid, time consuming process. Who ever thought of this idea should be dunked in tar and feathered. Going to movies half an hour earlier just to wait for stupid people to make their candy decisions does not make me a happy movie goer. Just rather spend the time driving to Port Orange.

Have seen several movies since it reopened. Seats are great and the remodel looks good. Huge pain the ass to wait in same line for tickets and snacks. For this reason alone we will keep going to Port Orange. Also food prices very high. You should listen to us locals or this place will be closed again.

This was the second time I came here to see a movie. Love the reclining seats and big screens. However having to wait and wait in the same line as the snack counter is a little aggravating. I realize its a marketing thing to get you buy snacks but after waiting 15 minutes for a customer to decide and pay is not my way of starting a good movie experience.

The only thing wrong with this theatre is buying my ticket in the same line with people who are buying food and cannot make up their minds. If the intent is to get us to buy some food once we are up to buy our tickets, it does not always work. I do not buy food when I go to the movies. It's much, much to expensive. I do not understand why you cannot have a separate line for tickets and this very thing will keep me going to the Pavillion in Port Orange.

I am so very happy that you have opened and we now have a local theater to return to. Not only that but the remodeling was tremendous'; the seats are beyond belief as are the upgrades to screens, sound etc.

However, as others have stated, buying tickets in line for snacks is a very bad idea and is costing you return customers. Please listen to your bread winners. I know we can order tickets on-line, but a spur of the moment decision to go to the movies could be made easier; If you do keep it at the food counter, consider opening a line just for tickets.

I love the special deal on buying popcorn for a year for only $20.00, receiving your bucket and then only paying $4.00 for each refill for the remaining year! Great promotion and it's a great savings for us who always buy popcorn when we go.

I too am handicapped and think an improved entrance for us would be nice but that isn't going to keep me from coming often to my new best theater, which I just did today again.

Your staff is extremely friendly and when we stopped by for information about opening day before you actually opened I was met by your regional manager. He was full of enthusiasm and was also very friendly and he went out of his way to go and get us a VIP card to use once you opened. All the employees take time to chat with you and listen to your concerns.

Thanks once again for re-opening our 'local' theater.

Sincerely, Glenn Smith

We have seen 3 movies in this theatre. 1st, there is no automatic door opening for handicapped, when 1person is pushing a wheelchair it is very difficult to get into the lobby. also, handicap seating is not good in some of the theatres and it is,very difficult to get into the theatre you want while pushing a wheelchair because the doors are closed. 2nd, very frustrating trying to wind through the line to purchase tickets at the concession stand. 3rd, Extremely frustrating to have to purchase tickets while waiting for people to make up their mind about their food choices. For these reasons we are seriously considering returning to the Pavillions theatre, even though it's much further.

I'm not to cool about buying my tickets at the concession stand, plus the prices for the food is outrages but everything else is awesome. I love the electric seats.

Was very excited to try it out. Although great seats, sound and screen, the ticket buying process is not the best. Would not recommend food and tix using same line. Plus the food selection is lacking as is the beer selection which is nonexistent. Overall it is a great location and nice environment. A little more focus on customer service and this would be a great theater.

The ticket buying was horrid.....standing in line with people buying food and drinks. We went to one movie and bought food and drinks. We decided to see a second movie and stood in line for 20 minutes while two families seemed unable to make decisions. I heard so many complaints from lots of people.

Have not been yet, but Don't you think the building could have been painted a more appealing color or at least a bright contrasting color for the name on front so that it looks inviting and screams come on in!

Comfortable seats, wide screens, great stereo. You buy your ticket at the candy counter, which seems kind of strange. Extremely helpful staff.
