Previous owners were Regal Cinemas Inc., which offered first-run movies, and the Hawaii-based Western Pacific Theater Group, which operated the multiplex as a second-run "dollar movie" house. Formerly Windsor Hills 10. Opened as the B & B Oklahoma City Windsor 10 (B & B Theatres) on Nov 20, 2009. It closed Aug 25, 2019. Expected to reopen in 2022 as an Icon Cinemas location.
