We saw X man last week in an RPX theator. This was our first RPX experience.

Picture quality was great, the sound somewhat overwhelming for us older folks. We recognize the sound is the upcoming experience many want.

The Leather seats are fine.

We'll recommend the experience to our adult kids and grandkids but my wife and I will loook for the regular theators. Hope they don't change all of them over.

X Man was much better then we anticipated, we do recommend it.

Soooo, it seems like by reducing the number of theatres, there will be no more independent films --- which is the main reason I came to Cantera. It's very hard to find independent films out here in these western suburbs. PLEASE bring them back!!!

Regal 30 is now less then 30 but still serves good entertainment Since Regal took over from AMC I've seen constant improvements to the facility and it is much cleaner, especially regarding the washrooms. Very much appreciated.

While closing one wing has reduced time options it hasn't affected choices for the most current and popular shows.

My family really likes the Regal membership bargains but would rather have a choice between purchasing the concession products at discount.

Thank you Regal for saving us a good facilities for movies, it makes sense in reducing the number of shows to maintain the great offers for entertainment that you have.

Unfortunated Fandago ruins giving gift tickets because of the handiling charges Fandago charges. We need Regal gift tickets that we can give friends

My friend and I went to see Toy Story 3 in 3D on July 4. I was suprised at seeing my beloved Cantera was no longer an AMC theater, but we went in anyway as we'd traveled about 30 miles from my home in order to see TS3 at a nicer theater than our very average one in DeKalb (something we do fairly often, and Cantera has always been a reliable choice).

Anyway, once we got seated we noticed the pre-show entertainment had no sound. We gave it about 10 minutes and then thought we'd better mention it to the staff. They said they'd check it out. However, 10 minutes later, still no sound and now we were getting close to actual movie preview time. My friend went out and this time talked to a manager. He called someone right away and the sound was on in about a minute. Just when we thought all would be fine, the picture on the screen froze and just sat there, and sat there. Someone else had to go tell them about this new hiccup.

Once the show started, everything was fine, but if this is how it's going to be all the time...uggghhh.

I also went to see Knight and Day. I was caught off guard and saw that my beloved AMC had changed hands and is not Regal Cinemas. My first thought was to bolt and find an AMC but we decided to give it a chance.

The theater was the same, the concessions - okay. Not happy with the buckets for the large popcorn - partial to bags - easier to shake when salting. I was worried that Regal got rid of the old AMC employees but was told that many of them were retained. A big relief.

I am an avid theater goer and I had racked up many AMC points which makes me unhappy. This is the closest stadium seating to my home so I am reluctant to change locations. Not happy that I can't get a Regal Cinema card quicker than 8 weeks since I saw two movies at the theater already. I am losing points.

I will continue to use Regal Cinema. Hopefully they'll win me over with their service. Popcorn is okay - lots of kernels and small pieces at the bottom. Should have a program for an INSTANT movie goer card.

I went to see Knight and Day with my wife on "re-opening day" at Cantera 30 under it's new management. I was very impressed. There was a ton of staff available and the quality of the theatres hasn't suffered in the least.

I didn't get anything from the concession, since I had just had a pizza at Al's pizza in Warrenville, but the only thing I noticed form the people that did go is that the containers no longer had the AMC advertising.

Alll and all, Iwas just as happy and satisfied as ever.

Good luck to the new management team.

Tom
