This feature is intended for our readers to share their experiences at movie theaters, in the hopes that theaters providing good presentations will be highlighted as well as those that need improvement to meet the expectations of their customers.

This is not a forum for bashing on a theater, but rather a place for your experiences (both good and bad) to be noted for other readers to see. If you had a problem at a theater, we encourage you to contact that theater using the information on their Contact Information page. Most theaters are very interested in hearing feedback from their customers.

My grandson and I love it! My only complaint is that it's usually too loud for me. How about turning it down (the sound) then it will be PERFECT!

Staff could be nicer.

I went to Cinemark Movies 8 on 3/17/2012 to see "The Grey" at 12:55 pm but was told at the ticket window that "The Grey" had been cancelled so they could have the theater to show show Alvin and the Chipmonks.

I asked to see the manager and after a time a young girl came and said they had cancelled the advertised movie and it was posted as such on their website. When I told her that the newspaper and Flixter and others still had "The Grey" advertised at the 12:55 showtime, She stated that
" you can't depend on any listing except our what is on our website". She said Alvin was being shown to "a group of kids".....

I guess us old folks that have kept you in business don't matter???

I didn't think to ask at the time if the "group of kids" included her neice or nephew, or what made the outing so special that it was worth pissing off everyone who had planned on seeing the advertised movie.

What an exceptionally poor way to run a business that depends on the good will of the public!
