Opened as the single-screen Bonoff Theatre in 1912. theater was twinned in 1977 while owned by Hoyts Theatres. Hoyts closed the theater April 30, 1998. Opened as the Madison Art Cinemas on May 21, 1999 (owned by Arnold Gorlick). Later renamed to the Madison Cinemas.
