Opened in Jun 1996 as the Entertainment Cinemas - Bloomfield 8. It later became the Digiplex Bloomfield (Digital Cinema Destinations Corp.). Purchased by Carmike Cinemas in 2014. It became the AMC Classic Bloomfield 8 in Feb 2017 after AMC acquired Carmike Cinemas.
