The entrance of the AMC Empire 25 is the former Empire Theatre, which opened in 1912 as the Eltinge Theatre. The building was relocated 168 feet west of its original location in 1998. The interior was adapted to become the lobby of the new theater, which opened in April 2000.

Screen #1 is digital IMAX.
Scene #8 is Dolby Vision with 221 seats
There are two other decent screens with 301 and 256 seats (probably #13 and #18).
All the other screens have from 40 to 152 seats.
Total seat count was originally as high as about 4760 and is now about 3370.

I purchased 6 tickets (order number xxxxxxx) for 12/20 at 7:40pm "Youth" at showroom 25. The seats are B5, B6, B7, B8, B9, B10. After we got into the showroom, we found the seats B7, B8, B9 removed already. Since the movie started and we did not want to disturb the other viewers, my guests had to sit on the ground to watch the movie. I am surprised why you sell the tickets for the seats that you have already removed, and would like to hear from you regard this. My email is xxxxxx@xxxxxx.
