A Take 5 Lounge and Zaffiro’s Express (appetizers, sandwiches, burgers and pizzas) are now located in the lobby. Very nice. Looks like it opened earlier this month (Nov. 2015)

Please remove the "reserved seating". It takes longer to get your tickets, then get concessions and finally in to see the movie! Also, I purposely picked seats at the end of the row nearest to the entrance as my parents are in their 90's and my Mom can no longer take stairs and uses a walker. These seat arrangements, I thought, would be perfect to get in and out to the bathrooms or concessions without inconveniencing anyone and would also allow a place by the door where the walker could be folded up and put out of other patron's way. We get into the almost totally empty theatre only to find that those 4 "reserved seats" were taken by someone else anyway! They did not even offer to move either - so why REQUEST that you "reserve" when purchasing tickets at all?

"Pick your seating" may work fine for the Ultra theater where you have the new lounger chairs, but it is ridiculous for the rest of the theaters.

It takes way too long to get into the chosen theater. Seat assignments are not honored. there are other theaters besides Marcus in the area. Totally time to visit Kenosha or St. Francis to see a movie.

Have not been back since I experienced the new "pick your seat" program. Before I went to an average of two movies a week.

The new "reserve seating" IS A farce. It takes twice as long to get your tickets, and when you are trying to watch the previews of coming attractions, it is annoying to be bothered by people coming late to their seats. And it is also annoying to have people sitting in the wrong seats to begin with. They have their seats assignments, but they still sit in the wrong seats. I DO NOT like it.

Attended the 4:50pm show of Godzilla (2D) in the UltraScreen DLX on 5/16/2014.

The movie started at 5:09pm, so the previews and trailers were nearly 20 minutes long. This is pretty standard at other Marcus theaters, and with the reserved seating, I didn't have to worry about getting a good seat. Traffic on I-94 was backed up due to the construction and I ended up getting into the auditorium at 4:58. It was dark but it was still possible to find my seat and the large spacing between rows made it easier to get past people in the row, even though they had their footrests up (probably all the way).

The new "DreamLounger" seats are pretty comfortable. They aren't nearly as wide as the seats in luxury theaters (like iPic), and I consider that a good thing. You should feel like you're in a chair, not on a couch. I did notice that the footrest was a little short, so my foot dangled over the end; putting pressure on my calves, but lowering the footrest helped and the seating angle was more comfortable overall that as well.

While the UltraScreen was silvery (used for making 3D shows brighter), it was not reflecting the lighting in the auditorium as has happened in other UltraScreens I have been to. This may be related to the fact that the auditorium here was darker than at the Marcus Majestic, which provides a host of advantages when it comes to picture quality and enjoying the movie.

I was very impressed with the sound system. I didn't count the total number of speakers in this Atmos-equipped auditorium, but they were everywhere and they not only handled the discrete sounds well, but this is the first UltraScreen I've visited that I felt had an appropriate amount of bass response. This movie had quite a bit of low-end sounds, and I found myself impressed with it. Personally, I would have liked even more (without it getting boomy, of course), but this is a move in the right direction for Marcus.

Overall, I was very happy to have made the trip to see the movie in this theater. Every Marcus location should have one or more auditoriums like this, as movies deserve the best presentation possible, especially at the prices being charged by theaters these days. I got my $10.50 worth and I would not hesitate to return here to see another movie in this auditorium.

I love this theater, and think that the Tuesday $5.00 showings with free popcorn is a good ploy. You will attract quite a few more people that way.

Like the Friday couples' special pricing too. Let's face it--to pay regular prices to see a movie these days is just too much out of one's budget. It's nice to feel like we've gotten a bargain.

Thank you.

I attend this theater for the Met Opera HD broadcasts. I love it because the lobby is spacious and has places to sit during the intermissions. It also has pizza and hamburgers as well as ice cream and coffee, so there is something to eat at intermission. I have seen a few movies here too. the same ammenities apply. I only wish the theater could afford to stay open for weekday matinee movie showings starting at noon.
