"Marty" is a sweet little film that worn The Academy Award for Best Picture for 1955. Ernest Borgnine won best actor and he deserves it. After years of playing heavy roles, he play a nice guy for a change. He's plays a lonely butcher who was nagged by his mother to find a girl to marry until he meets someone special. It's a good movie, but not a great movie. It won best picture and it deserves it, but I gave the film a 'good' rating because I deserve more. Even though I like the picture and star Ernest Borgnine. He's the reason why I like the movie.
