A terirble raunchy comedy about a couple with a newborn baby having to put up with the noise from their new neighbors who are part of a fraternity house. There is nothing new with his movie or the people who live there. I drink, get naked, have sex and throw up. I see thios sort of movie before. And that's coming from someone like Seth Rogan who is a major disapointment. The film score a 74% from Rotton Tomatoes, very high! too high for me. I can recall that "Noah" got the same high rate and I didn't like the movie neither. There's nothing to like in the movie. the frat brothers are nothing more than bullies who pick on their neighbers who having wild parities every night and look into their house. Zath Efron doesn't add anything to his character. His only acting function is to take off his shirt. He took off his shirt at the 2014 MTV Movie Awards and if that movie is up for Best Movie next year (heaven forbid) and they win (heaven forbid), you will probaby see Efron take his shirt off again. The movie is a terible mess with nothing worth seeing. Last year, I saw "This is the End" and I like it. I like it so much, I saw it again on the big screen twice. With "Neighbors," not so. I saw it once and I won't see it again.

Not as much funny as it is stupid. One dumb thing after another with good acting optional.

Don't waste your money on this one. Geared towards high school age kids.
