I regent watching valentine's movie. Some of them that I watched are better off on the Hallmark Channel. But "Winter's Tale" is different. How different is it? Way different. It's a fairy tale sat in New York City over a period oif a hundred years. Ut centers on a man who falls for a dying girl and battle a villain who comes between them. Corlin Farrell can play his romantic role very well. He played tough roles in the past. His only ally is a white horse with wing. Coolest white horse since the four white horses in "Ben Hur." Russell Crowe can play villain role and this movie is no exception. Crowne can play evil. It's nice to see Eva Marie Saint on the big screen again. She made her film debut in 1954" "On The Waterfront" some sixty years ago, and sixty years later, she is still on the big screen. Mar 26, 2014
A love story with a few plot twists and surprises. Going in I thought this is where I pay my toll of compromise with my wife for all the action flicks she has agreed to watch at my demand. I was pleasantly suprised. Not only did this movie have action, but a very unique storyline of good vs evil. Worth seeing on the big-screen and emotionally provoking.
