The film is about the life of Stephan Hawking who is very smart when comes to the universe and the black holes. But his life bacame is struggle because a muscle disorder called the neuron diease which he loses function of his body and later in the movie,he lost his voice. But two things kept him going, his work and his wife and the both interwoven in the movie. Eddie Redmayne gave the performance of his career as Hawking and he did his role very well. Felicity jones plays his wife Jane who stood by her husband though both good and bad times. This is one of the most inspirination movies that I saw in 2014. I sense an Oscar nomination for Redmayne and maybe one for Jones and for this movie. Hawking is still active at age 72. Appearing in "Star Trek: The Next Generation" episode "The Best of Both Worlds" and in "The Big Bang Theory" He even wanted to played the villain in the next James Bond movie. Also he punched out Skinner in an episode of "The Simpsons." Not bad for someone who was told in the movie that he had two years to live.
