How the woman's vote was won. A history about the rise of the moviement in England that gave women the right to vote. A woman name Maud Watts (her character is based on fiction, but so what, some of the people in the 1997 film "Titanic" is also based on fiction) who was caught in in the women movement. She is played by Carey Mulligan who gave the best performance of her career. She dominates the movie and I love her performance very much. Meryl Streep in a brief appearance in the movie as the leader of the movement Emmeline Panknurst. .But the real star of the movie is Mulligan who gave a terrific performance and gives life to the movie.
