In the 1960 movie "Inherit the Wind," Spencer Tracy asked this question which came to mind. "Does a Sponge Think?" That question has haunted me as I sat though the latest Spongbob Squarepants movie. He may be a outgoing charcter who spend his time frying burgers at the Krustie Krab, but he's not a smart person. And seeing this movie didn't help me ask the question of why the cartoon series is on the air for sixteen years.Since the show debut in 1999, "SpongeBob Squarepants" has out live such shows as "Zoey 101," "iCarly," "Victorious" and "Sam and Cat." And if my prediction is correct, it will out-live "Bella and the Bulldogs." I admit I watch the show myself from time to time, but the humor which keep the series alive just isn't there. and the plot of the feud between Mr. krabs and Plankton over the formula has been raging on for many years. While in the middle of their latest dispute over the formula, a pirate swipe the formula to use it to open a krabbie shack, The film is desperte, not for laughs but a reason why this movie was ever made. The pirate is a lame villain. If you got a lame villain, yo won't make it far in the movie. Spoungbob and his friends made it to the beach and in the process they are turn into lame superheroes. I ask this question at the end, Do we really need another SpoungBob Squarepants movie? I didn't get an answer. By the way, I miss Sam Puckett, the character that was in "iCarly" and "Sam and Cat." She's the real reason why I watch Nickelodeon, not SpongeBob.
