Lost Souls had some good suspenseful scenes, however, save yourself the expense and rent, or, go see The Exorcist instead.

Lost Souls leads you up to what should be a fantastic ending. They dropped the ball. The ending leads me to believe that production time was up and they needed to wind up taping. Not worth the time to invest in sitting through this for this ending. Save your energy!

Utterly mediocre. I LOVE this genre, but the movies are slowly getting worse.

From the beginning, "The Prophecy" was amazing! "Stigmata" was very good. "End of Days" and "The Ninth Gate" wee tolerable. "Bless the Child" was a sleeper.

"Lost Souls" is slightly better than "Bless the Child." I saw it the day after seeing the rerelease of "The Exorcist." Even though it was extremely dated, it goes to prove that sometimes the classics were the best. And if you haven't seen it, see "The Prophecy." NOBODY plays Lucifer as well as Viggo (and I like Gabriel Byrne and Al Pacino).

Winoma Ryder looks lost in "Lost Souls," a thriller that leads us nowhere. Ryder is only good thing in the movie. "Lost Souls" was released around the same time as the re-release of "The Exorcist." "Lost Souls" is no "Exorcist."
