This movie is a must see not because it's a period movie based on the novel by Jane Austin, who I've been an admirer of her novels and a bigger admirer of the film adaptation. But I love the performance by Kate Beckinsale. I've been following the actress since 2000 and I find her to be very beautiful. I wrote a couple of letter to the actress and I've gotten a few autograph pictures. What i love about the actress in the movie is that she is amazing in every dress she has worn in the movie. there are a lot of characters in the movie and you don't have to follow all of them, just pick a few. I pick Kate Beckinsale's character because like i said she is amazing in period clothing and she is the center of this movie. Her performance could get her an Oscar nomination. i hope so, because she is the heart of this movie.

Did not like this movie at all - so boring. It seemed to me that all this movie was about was Kate Beckinsale talking, walking through rooms while a camera was on her talking..
