I saw "Labyrinth" way back in 1986 and I didn't like the movie. It came form the Jim henson, the founder of the Muppets. I didn't like the storyline where the baby was being held hostage. I was turned off from the very beginning. Even David Bowie didn't get my attention. I saw "the Darth Crystal" back in 1982 and it was far better than the crap I saw. "Labyrinth" is a very bad movie. I’m hesitant to even give this a wait for rental. It was a good movie and teaches the important lesson(be careful what you wish for), however, this was very confusing and odd. I will say that it is unique, for I have not seen any other movie like it. The songs just made it a bit more confusing. I would not show this movie to young kids because they may not be able to understand and grasp the storyline. As Jennifer Connelly sets off into the Labyrinth to find her baby brother, I set off in the Labyrinth to understand the story.
