"The Kid who would Be King" is the best adaptation of the the King author legend in years. Much better than the last King Author movie. Watching this movie reminds me of the writer Mark Twain when he wrote "A Connecticut Yankee in King Author's Court." In which a man in modern times dream that he travel back to the time of King Author. The book was made into a movie in 1952 starring Bing Crosby. The film takes place in the modern England when a bullied king came upon a a sword in the stone. He pulled it and that's where the film begins to get interesting. Joining forces with Merlin, friends and enemies to battle a evil force which threaten England. I didn't ask for much, but it was a fun movie to sat though.
