Who said a documentary has to be serious? We have too many of that. "Faces Places" is on documentary feature which you can have fun with the movie. In this movie, two people from different background got together to go on the road to celebrate French culture by places large pictures of real people on the side of buildings. Agnes Varda, a French New Wave director and Jr, a street artist to go around the country to meet people in various backgrounds and to honor them by putting large pictures of them on the side of the wall to make them larger than life. Although they don't quite see eye to eye, they get the job done. This film is joyful with lots of great moments. if you see one documentary this year, please make it "Faces Places." This movie will put a smile on your face.
