I haven't saw and NBA game in years. In the 1990, I watch because of Michael Jordan and the Chicago bulls and later with the Los Angeles Lakers. I don't cre about baketbsll player who make million just to put a ball though the hoop. But nowadays, I've better off watching College Basketball, especially the March madness tournament being held every March. I've became a fan of the University of Kentucky Wildcats because of Ashley Judd. But back to the movie, the movie is produced by Pepsi the cola responsible for it's main character Uncle Drew. Now that commercial has become a movie and I didn't get much out of it. the screenplay consist of trash talking and the NBA players all in old makeup. these players in make up didn't impress me at all. If they were in clown make-up, I still wouldn't like the movie. the film centers on a former basketball player name Dax who bough all the old players together after his lost his team to a rival. Before we know it, they're going to the Rucker Classic Street Ball Tournament in Harlem. Some of the former NBA players are in this movie. Not only the movie isn't quite funny, but it's too predicable to like Tiffany Haddish is in the movie as Dax's love interest. she despite her street talk, I find her to be gorgeous. Watching the so-called old players on the court is the only thing that I like about this movie.
